How to Draw a Kawaii Husky

Draw a kawaii husky in 12 easy steps, about 9 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.

Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: huge head.

Step 1: Huge head
Draw a huge wide head with full round cheeks. Make it fill the top half of your paper.
Tip Keep it a little to the left, so there is room for the tail.
Step 2: Pointed ears
On each top corner of the head draw a tall pointed ear. Draw a smaller triangle inside each.
Tip Husky ears stand straight up.
Step 3: Big eyes
Below the middle of the head draw 2 big oval eyes. Add a black oval inside each.
Tip Leave 2 white shines in each black oval.
Step 4: Husky mask
Start on the left side of the head. Draw a hill over each eye, with a point between.
Tip Stop on the right side of the head. Keep the line well above the eyes.
Step 5: Nose and tongue
Under the point draw a black oval nose and a little w smile. Hang a small U tongue below.
Step 6: Small body
Under the head draw a small body like a bell, wider at the bottom. Make the bottom flat.
Step 7: Fluffy chest
Under the chin draw 3 fur bumps across the chest. Make the middle bump the lowest.
Tip Rub out the body line inside the fur.
Step 8: Front paws
From the chest fur draw 2 legs down to round paws on the ground. Add 2 toe lines each.
Step 9: Back feet
Beside each front paw draw a bun foot poking out. Add 2 toe lines each and a ground line.
Step 10: Curled tail
Start low on the right side. Draw a fat tail that curls up and over, back towards the body.
Tip A fat tail looks bushy.
Step 11: Pink and blue
Colour the ear middles, the tongue and 2 cheek ovals pink. Colour the eyes blue around the black.
Step 12: Grey fur
Colour the cap above the mask, the ears, body and tail grey. Leave the face, chest and paws white.
