How to Draw a Wolverine
Draw a wolverine in 12 easy steps, about 9 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: big soft head.
Step 1: Big soft head
Near the top of your paper draw a big egg head, wider than tall, with puffy cheeks.
Tip Make the head more than half the whole wolverine.
Step 2: Forehead band
Draw a rainbow from low on the head's left side to the right. Add a V dipping from the top.
Step 3: Big eyes
Under the band draw 2 big egg eyes, half an eye apart. Add big black dots with white specks.
Step 4: Small round ears
Start on the head at the top left. Draw a half-circle ear out and back to the head. Do both.
Step 5: Nose and smile
Under the eyes draw an oval nearly as wide as both eyes. Add a black heart nose and W smile.
Step 6: Round body
Start on the left cheek. Draw a big U down, flat along the bottom, stopping on the right cheek.
Step 7: Front legs
Under the chin draw 2 front legs, thinner at the ankle. Add a round mitten paw with 2 toes.
Step 8: Back legs peeking out
Start on the ground beside each front paw. Draw a bun paw, stopping on the leg. Add a C leg.
Step 9: Big bushy tail
From the right of the body, sweep out a big puff down to the ground, then back to the body.
Step 10: Fluffy cheeks
Start on the left cheek under the band. Draw 3 soft fur bumps down, stopping above the body. Do both.
Step 11: Light colours
Go over your lines. Colour the band and nose oval tan, and the body light brown.
Step 12: Dark fur, black ears
Colour the head, legs and tail dark brown around the tan. Colour the ears black.
Tip Leave the eyes white.
