How to Draw a Wingsuit
Draw a wingsuit in 11 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: head and helmet.
Step 1: Head and helmet
Near the top, draw a big round head. Add a dome helmet on top with a rim across the brow.
Tip The flyer is spread out flat, like a flying squirrel seen from below.
Step 2: The face
Under the helmet rim, draw 2 round eyes with a dot and shine in each. Add a small smile below.
Step 3: The body
Under the head, draw a soft bean body, wider at the chest and narrower at the hips.
Step 4: Arms spread wide
From each shoulder, draw an arm bending gently down and out. End each in a mitten with a thumb.
Tip Make each arm thinner at the wrist. The arms make a V pointing down: that is how the wings open.
Step 5: Legs apart
From the hips, draw 2 legs slanting apart, thinner at the ankles. End each in a boot with a toe.
Step 6: The wings
Fill the gap between each arm and the body with a big curved wing. Add a third between the legs.
Step 7: Wing seams
In each wing, draw a short straight line. Start near the top and stop before the edge.
Step 8: Clouds
Draw 3 fluffy clouds: one high on the left, one high on the right, one low on the right.
Step 9: Peach face
Go over your lines. Colour the face peach with pink cheeks. Leave the eyes white.
Step 10: Sky clouds, orange suit
Colour the clouds sky blue, and the body, arms and legs orange.
Step 11: Red, navy and black
Colour the helmet red and the 3 wings navy blue. Colour the boots and mittens black. Your flyer soars!

Your finished drawing
Follow the steps above and this is where you end up: a wingsuit, drawn by you.
