How to Draw a Whisk
Draw a whisk in 11 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: fat handle.
Step 1: Fat handle
Near the top of your paper draw a tall box with soft corners, leaning to the left. It's the handle.
Tip Lean it like a whisk in a hand, wires pointing down right.
Step 2: Hanging loop
On the top end of the handle draw a small circle with a tiny circle inside, for the hanging loop.
Step 3: The collar
At the bottom end of the handle draw a short wide band, a little wider than the handle.
Step 4: Big outer wire
Start at the collar's left end. Draw a big balloon loop down and round. Stop at its right end.
Step 5: Middle wire
Inside the big loop draw a narrower loop. Start and stop on the collar, a little closer to the middle.
Step 6: Inner wire
Inside that draw the skinniest loop. Start and stop near the middle of the collar, down to the same bottom.
Step 7: 2 more wires
Draw 2 nearly straight wires down the middle, from the collar to the bottom where all the wires meet.
Step 8: Sparkles
Draw 4 sparkle stars around the whisk, like plus signs with curvy points.
Step 9: Red handle
Go over your lines, then colour the handle red.
Step 10: Grey collar and loop
Colour the collar and the ring at the top grey. Leave the little hole and the wires uncoloured.
Step 11: Yellow sparkles
Colour the sparkle stars yellow. Your whisk is ready for baking!
