How to Draw a Water Slide Tower
Draw a water slide tower in 13 easy steps, about 10 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the tower.
Step 1: The tower
Draw 2 posts on the right, a platform on top, then short posts from its ends to a pointy roof.
Step 2: The ladder
Between the tower posts draw flat rungs, evenly spaced from the bottom up to the platform.
Step 3: The first slide
From the platform's left end, draw a fat tube slide swooping down to the far left, near the bottom.
Tip Keep each tube the same width all the way down.
Step 4: The second slide
From the platform, under the first slide, draw a steeper tube down, stopping level with the first.
Step 5: The third slide
From the platform, under the second slide, draw the steepest tube almost straight down, stopping level too.
Step 6: The splash pool
Draw a long pool box behind the slides, then a wavy water line wall to wall along the slide ends.
Step 7: Splashes
At each slide's end, draw a splash, a rounded bump from the water line to each side of the tube.
Step 8: A kid on top
On the platform, draw a kid: round head, hair on top, a shirt, 2 arms up and shorts.
Step 9: The sun
Draw a sun with short rays in the top left corner.
Step 10: Peach and yellow
Colour the kid's face and arms peach around the eyes. Colour the sun and the middle slide yellow.
Step 11: Grey rim, blue water
Colour the pool rim grey. Colour the water, the splashes and the slide nearest the tower blue.
Step 12: Wooden tower
Colour the posts, platform, the kid's hair and the roof around the kid brown.
Step 13: Red slide, navy shorts
Colour the first slide and the kid's shirt red, and the shorts navy. Go over your lines and you're done!
