How to Draw a Voting Booth
Draw a voting booth in 12 easy steps, about 9 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the back wall.
Step 1: The back wall
Near the top of your paper draw a big wide box.
Tip Leave room on both sides for the side walls.
Step 2: Two side walls
Start at a top corner. Slant up and out, go straight down, slant back in. Stop at the bottom corner.
Tip Do the same on the other side. The outer edge is the longest line.
Step 3: The desk
Join the bottoms of the side walls with a long thin box. This is the desk.
Tip The slanted space above the thin box is the top of the desk.
Step 4: Two legs
Under each end of the desk draw a long leg down. Make it thinner at the bottom.
Step 5: Two feet
Under each leg draw a small flat foot with soft corners, wider than the leg.
Step 6: The word
High on the back wall write VOTE in big capital letters.
Tip Keep all 4 letters the same height.
Step 7: A little box
Under the word, in the middle, draw a small square box.
Step 8: A tick
Inside the little box draw a tick. Start with a short line down, then a longer line up.
Tip A tick in a box is how you mark your vote.
Step 9: Ground line
Draw a ground line under the feet, from well left to well right.
Step 10: Light blue wall
Go over your lines. Colour the back wall light blue, around the letters. Leave the little box white.
Step 11: Desk and legs
Colour the top of the desk cream. Colour the legs and feet grey.
Step 12: Blue side walls
Colour the 2 side walls blue and the thin front of the desk dark blue. Your voting booth is ready!

Your finished drawing
Follow the steps above and this is where you end up: a voting booth, drawn by you.
