How to Draw Unity Hands
Draw unity hands in 12 easy steps, about 9 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the middle palm.
Step 1: The middle palm
Just below the middle, draw a big fat egg with a flatter top, for the back of the middle hand.
Tip Leave room above for fingers, and room both sides for 2 more hands.
Step 2: Middle finger
Start on the palm top, left of the middle. Draw a tall finger up and round, back to the palm.
Step 3: Pointing and ring fingers
Draw a shorter finger each side of the middle one, starting and stopping on the palm. Leave small V gaps.
Step 4: Little finger and thumb
Start on the palm, far right. Draw the shortest finger, back to the palm. Add a thumb on the left.
Step 5: Wrist and sleeve
Under the palm draw a short wrist box. Under it draw a wider sleeve box.
Step 6: Left hand
Behind the middle hand, left, draw a second hand leaning left. Start and stop each finger on its palm.
Step 7: Left wrist and sleeve
Start on the left palm's outer edge. Draw a short wrist line down and stop. Add a sleeve box below.
Step 8: Right hand
Behind the middle hand, right, draw a third hand leaning right. Start and stop each finger on its palm.
Tip Flip it so its thumb points out to the right.
Step 9: Right wrist and sleeve
Start on the right palm's outer edge. Draw a short wrist line down and stop. Add a sleeve box below.
Step 10: Peach and tan hands
Colour the middle hand peach and the left hand tan.
Step 11: Brown hand, green sleeve
Colour the right hand brown and its sleeve green.
Step 12: Red and blue sleeves
Colour the left sleeve red and the middle sleeve blue. Go over your lines and you're done.
