How to Draw a TV Remote
Draw a TV remote in 13 easy steps, about 10 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the remote.
Step 1: The remote
Down the middle of your paper draw a tall box with soft corners, much taller than it is wide.
Tip Like a chocolate bar standing up.
Step 2: 2 big eyes
Near the top of the remote draw 2 round eyes side by side. Colour a big black dot in each.
Step 3: Smile and cheeks
Under the eyes draw a U smile from eye to eye, and a small oval cheek at each end.
Step 4: The big round button
In the middle of the remote draw a big round button with a small circle in its middle.
Step 5: 4 arrows
On the big button draw 4 tiny triangle arrows: one pointing up, one down, one left and one right.
Step 6: Round buttons
Draw 2 small round buttons above the big one and 2 below. Add a tiny power button at the top.
Step 7: Long buttons
Near the bottom draw 3 short flat bars across the remote, one under the other.
Step 8: The tip
On the top end draw a short flat tip, a little narrower than the remote, with 3 short beam lines.
Step 9: Sparkles
Draw 3 sparkle stars round the remote.
Step 10: Yellow tip and sparkles
Go over your lines, then colour the tip and the 3 sparkles yellow.
Step 11: Sky buttons, pink cheeks
Colour the 4 small round buttons sky blue and the cheeks pink.
Step 12: Grey buttons, red power
Colour the big button and the long bars light grey, and the power button red.
Step 13: Dark grey remote
Colour the remote dark grey around the eyes, cheeks and buttons, and your remote is ready to click!
Tip Leave the eyes white.
