How to Draw the Trojan Horse
Draw the Trojan horse in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the body.
Step 1: The body
Above the middle, draw a big wide box body with rounded corners, like a wooden barrel on its side.
Tip Leave room top left for the neck and head, and below for the legs.
Step 2: Neck and head
From the body's top left, draw a neck leaning up left. Add a long wedge head with a rounded nose.
Step 3: Ears, eye and mane
Draw 2 pointy ears, a round eye with a shine, and a nostril dot. Add mane bumps down the neck.
Step 4: Four legs
Under the body, draw 2 legs with block hooves, one front and one back. Add 2 more peeking behind.
Tip Each leg is wider at the top than at the hoof, like a carrot.
Step 5: Tail
From the body's top right corner, draw a wavy tail down to a point and back to the body.
Step 6: Platform and wheels
Under the legs, draw a long flat plank, wider than the horse. Add 3 round wheels and a ground line.
Step 7: Planks and secret door
Draw a tall door with a knob. Add 2 plank lines, edge to edge, the lower one stopping at the door.
Step 8: Grey wheels
Colour the 3 wheels grey.
Step 9: Wood brown horse
Colour the body, neck, head, ears, tail and legs wood brown. Leave the eyes white.
Step 10: Dark brown door
Colour the door, the platform, the mane and the 4 hooves dark brown. Your Trojan horse is done!
