13 steps · Medium · about 10 min

Draw Tower Bridge in 13 easy steps, about 10 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.

Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: two tall towers.

Print

  1. Step 1: Two tall towers

Draw 2 tall box towers, one left of the middle and one right, down to the bottom of the paper.

  2. Step 2: Pointy roofs

On top of each tower draw a pointy roof: a tall triangle standing a little in from the corners.

  3. Step 3: Little turrets

At each top corner of both towers draw a little turret: a small box with a tiny pointy roof.

  4. Step 4: The road

Draw the road in 3 pieces: from each tower out to the edge, and one from tower to tower.

  5. Step 5: The high walkway

Near the tops, start on the left tower. Draw a thin walkway across to the right tower. Add a railing.

  6. Step 6: Chains

Start on the left tower below its roof. Draw a chain sagging down to the road's end. Same right.

  7. Step 7: Arched windows

Draw 2 arched windows up each tower, one near the top and one near the bottom.

  8. Step 8: The river

Draw a long wavy water line from the left edge to the right edge, behind the towers. Add another lower.

  9. Step 9: The sun

Draw a round sun with 8 short rays in the top right.

  10. Step 10: Yellow sun, blue windows

Colour the sun yellow and the arched windows sky blue.

  11. Step 11: Stone towers

Colour the towers and the little turret boxes grey stone, going around the windows.

  12. Step 12: Blue river

Colour the river blue from the top wavy line down to the bottom of the paper, around the towers.

  13. Step 13: Blue road, slate roofs

Colour the road and walkway blue and all the pointy roofs slate grey. Your Tower Bridge is done!
