How to Draw a Tooth Fairy with Tooth

Draw a tooth fairy with tooth in 14 easy steps, about 11 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.

Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: egg head.

Step 1: Egg head
Near the top of your paper draw an egg head, a little narrower at the chin.
Tip Leave room on both sides for the wings.
Step 2: Friendly face
Draw 2 oval eyes with black dots, a tiny nose and a big smile.
Tip Leave a tiny white shine in each eye.
Step 3: Hair
Draw the hair over the top of the head. Across the forehead draw 3 bumps for the fringe.
Step 4: Two buns
Draw a round hair bun peeking out on each side of the top of the head.
Step 5: Big tooth
Under the chin draw a big tooth: 2 bumps on top, round sides and 2 short roots.
Tip Make the tooth about as big as the head.
Step 6: Dress
Behind the tooth draw the dress: a short sleeve each side, and a wide skirt below.
Step 7: Hugging arms
From each sleeve draw an arm down to the elbow, then in to a hand on the tooth.
Tip She holds the tooth with both hands so it cannot fall.
Step 8: Fairy wings
Behind each shoulder draw a big round wing. Under it draw a smaller wing.
Step 9: Legs and feet
Under the skirt draw 2 short legs with little feet pointing out.
Step 10: Pillow and coin
Under her feet draw a plump pillow on a ground line. Draw a round coin on the pillow.
Tip The tooth fairy swaps the tooth for a shiny coin.
Step 11: Peach skin
Colour the face, arms, hands and legs peach. Add a pink cheek each side. Leave the eyes white.
Step 12: Coin and pillow
Colour the coin yellow. Colour the pillow pink, around the coin.
Step 13: Wings and hair
Colour the 4 wings sky blue. Colour the hair and the 2 buns brown.
Step 14: Purple dress
Colour the dress purple. Leave the big tooth white.
Tip A clean white tooth is the tooth fairy's treasure.
