How to Draw Sunscreen
Draw sunscreen in 12 easy steps, about 9 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the tube.
Step 1: The tube
In the middle draw a tall upside-down tube: a wide flat top, sides curving in to a narrow bottom.
Tip Sunscreen tubes stand on their cap, so the sealed end is on top.
Step 2: Two big eyes
Draw 2 big egg eyes high on the tube. Add a black dot and a shine in each.
Step 3: Smile and cheeks
Under the eyes draw a U smile. Add a small flat cheek beside each end.
Step 4: The sealed end
Across the top of the tube draw a line for the sealed end. Add 4 short ridges inside it.
Step 5: The cap
Under the tube draw a flat rounded cap, about twice as wide as the bottom. Add a line across.
Step 6: A sun label
Low on the tube, under the smile, draw a small circle with 8 short rays for a sun.
Step 7: Shine
Below the left cheek draw a short thin rounded stripe for a shine.
Step 8: The real sun
In the top right corner draw another sun: a circle with 8 short rays.
Step 9: Table and shadow
Under the cap draw a flat oval shadow. Draw the table line from its sides out near the edges.
Step 10: Yellow tube
Go over your lines. Colour the tube yellow, leaving the eyes, the sun label and the shine white.
Step 11: Orange suns, white cap
Colour both suns orange. Leave the cap white.
Step 12: Pink cheeks, grey shadow
Colour the cheeks pink and the shadow grey. Your sunscreen is ready for the beach!
