How to Draw a Sticky Toffee Pudding
Draw a sticky toffee pudding in 12 easy steps, about 9 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: a plate.
Step 1: A plate
A little below the middle draw a long flat oval plate. Draw a second oval inside for the rim.
Step 2: The sponge
On the plate draw a square block of sponge, a hand-width wide.
Tip Sticky toffee pudding is a dark, squishy sponge cake.
Step 3: The top and side
From the top corners draw 2 short slanted lines up right and join them. Add a slanted side.
Step 4: Toffee sauce
Over the top draw a pool of sauce. Along the front edge draw soft drippy U shapes hanging down.
Step 5: A dollop of cream
On the sauce near the middle draw a round dollop of cream with a bumpy bottom edge.
Step 6: A mint leaf
On the cream draw a little leaf pointing up to the right, with a line down the middle.
Step 7: A puddle
In front of the sponge on the left draw a soft puddle of sauce. Start and end on the sponge.
Step 8: The table
Draw a table line under the plate from well left to well right, just touching its bottom.
Step 9: Sky plate
Colour the plate sky blue.
Step 10: Golden toffee
Colour the sauce and the puddle golden brown.
Step 11: White cream, green leaf
Leave the cream white and colour the leaf green.
Step 12: Dark sponge
Go over your lines, then colour the sponge brown around the toffee. Your pudding is done!
