How to Draw Slippers
Draw slippers in 12 easy steps, about 9 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the first toe.
Step 1: The first toe
On the left draw a big puffy toe: a round hill, low on the left, tall on the right, flat underneath.
Tip Start low on the left so there is room for the second slipper.
Step 2: Two big eyes
On the toe draw 2 big egg eyes, a little apart. Add a black dot in each with a shine.
Step 3: Smile and cheeks
Under the eyes draw a small U smile. Add a tiny oval cheek beside each end.
Step 4: Fluffy cuff
Down the tall right side of the toe draw a fluffy band of little round bumps, top to bottom.
Tip Make the bumps round like a cloud, not pointy.
Step 5: Sole and heel
Under the toe draw a flat sole sticking out to the right. On top of it draw a round heel pad.
Step 6: The second toe
Behind the first slipper draw a second puffy toe: start at the cuff, curve over and down to the sole.
Tip It hides behind the first slipper, so you only draw the part that peeks out.
Step 7: Second fluffy cuff
Draw the same fluffy band of round bumps down the right side of the second toe.
Step 8: Second sole
Draw the second flat sole and its round heel pad, peeking out on the right.
Step 9: Floor and sparkles
Draw a floor line under both slippers, from far left to far right. Add 3 little sparkles in the air.
Step 10: Cream and yellow
Go over your lines. Colour the fluffy cuffs and the heel pads cream, and the sparkles yellow.
Step 11: Pink slippers
Colour both puffy toes pink, around the face, and the cheeks red. Leave the eyes white.
Step 12: Brown soles
Colour the 2 flat soles brown, and your cosy slippers are done!
