How to Draw Sled Hockey
Draw sled hockey in 14 easy steps, about 11 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the head.
Step 1: The head
Near the top left of your paper draw an egg head, a little narrower at the chin.
Tip Leave room on the right for the sled, sticks and puck.
Step 2: The face
Below the middle of the head draw 2 oval eyes with a black dot. Add a nose and a smile.
Step 3: Helmet
Draw a round helmet over the top of the head, with an ear flap down each side.
Step 4: Neck and jersey
Under the chin draw a short neck. Draw the jersey like a tall bean with a flat bottom.
Step 5: The sled
Start behind the jersey with a low lip. Draw a long flat sled under it, out to a round front.
Step 6: Legs and boot
From the front of the jersey draw the legs along the sled, getting thinner. Add a boot, toes up.
Step 7: Blades and ice
Under the sled draw 2 skate blades on thin posts. Draw the ice line from side to side under them.
Step 8: Arms and mitts
From the shoulder draw an arm reaching forward to a big mitt. Add the other arm and mitt just above.
Step 9: Two sticks
Start above each mitt. Draw a short stick down to the ice, ending in a curved blade.
Step 10: The puck
On the ice in front of the blades draw a flat little puck.
Step 11: Peach and pink
Colour the face and neck peach and the cheeks pink. Leave the eyes white.
Step 12: Grey sled
Colour the sled and the 2 blades grey.
Step 13: Red and blue
Colour the helmet and mitts red, and the jersey, arms and legs blue.
Step 14: Brown and black
Colour the sticks brown, and the boot and puck black. Your sled hockey player is done!
