How to Draw a Sippy Cup
Draw a sippy cup in 11 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the cup.
Step 1: The cup
Start at the top left. Draw a short fat cup: down, across and up, stopping level with the start.
Tip Short and fat with 2 handles, so little hands can hold it.
Step 2: Two big eyes
In the middle of the cup draw 2 big egg eyes close together. Colour a big black dot in each.
Step 3: Smile and cheeks
Under the eyes draw a wide U smile, eye to eye, and a small flat cheek out beside each eye.
Step 4: The lid
On the cup draw the lid: a flat band, a bit wider than the cup, with a dome on top.
Step 5: The spout
On the very top of the dome draw a little spout: 2 short lines leaning in, with a rounded top.
Step 6: Left handle
On the left of the cup draw a thin handle: a C with a smaller C inside it.
Tip Both C shapes start and end on the side of the cup.
Step 7: Right handle
Draw the same thin handle on the right side, the mirror of the left.
Step 8: The table
Draw a table line under the cup from well left to well right.
Step 9: Yellow lid
Go over your lines, then colour the lid and the spout yellow.
Step 10: Blue cup
Colour the cup and both handles sky blue, around the cheeks. Leave the eyes white.
Step 11: Pink cheeks
Colour the cheeks pink, and your sippy cup is done!
