How to Draw a Singer
Draw a singer in 13 easy steps, about 10 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: egg head.
Step 1: Egg head
Near the top of your paper draw an egg for the head, a little narrower at the chin.
Tip Leave room on the right for a raised arm and microphone.
Step 2: The face
Draw 2 eyes with a black dot and a lash, a small nose, and an open smile with a tongue.
Step 3: Hair and fringe
Start beside the left eye, draw the hair over the top, then a curved fringe back to the start.
Step 4: Long hair
From each corner of the hair, draw long hair down to a round tip, then back up under the chin.
Step 5: Neck and dress
Draw 2 neck lines. Start at the left one, draw the dress round and back to it. Add a star.
Step 6: Arms and mittens
From each sleeve draw an arm bending at the elbow, round a mitten, and back to the sleeve. Raise one.
Step 7: Microphone
Draw a round ball above the raised hand. Join them with 2 lines for a fat handle.
Step 8: Music note
On the left of the head draw a music note: a little oval, a stem up, and a short flag.
Step 9: Legs and shoes
From the hem draw 2 lines for each leg, stop at the ankle, and add a shoe under each.
Step 10: Ground line
Start left of the shoes and draw a long ground line under both, stopping past the right shoe.
Step 11: Peach skin, pink cheeks
Colour the face, neck, arms, hands and legs peach, with pink cheeks and tongue. Leave the eyes white.
Step 12: Yellow star, ginger hair
Colour the star yellow and the hair ginger.
Step 13: Purple dress, black mic
Colour the dress purple around the star, the mouth black around the tongue, and the microphone, shoes and note black.
