How to Draw a Santa Face
Draw a Santa face in 11 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: egg head.
Step 1: Egg head
In the upper middle of your paper draw a big egg for the head, a little narrower at the chin.
Tip Leave room above for the hat and below for the beard.
Step 2: Big eyes
Just below the middle of the head draw 2 big oval eyes, with a black dot and a white shine.
Step 3: Round nose and smile
Draw a round nose below the eyes. Just under it, draw a small smile a little wider than the nose.
Step 4: Hat band
Start on the left side of the head, above the eyes. Draw a fluffy band across to the right side.
Tip Rub out the head line inside the band.
Step 5: Floppy hat
From the band's left end draw the hat up to a floppy point, and back down to the right end.
Tip Put a round pompom on the tip.
Step 6: Moustache
Under the nose draw a bushy moustache like a wide bow, sitting on the ends of the smile.
Step 7: Big beard
Start on the left cheek. Draw a big U beard under the chin and back up to the right cheek.
Step 8: Coat and shoulders
From the beard's left side, slope a shoulder out and down, go across the bottom and up the other side.
Tip Stop the lines where they meet the beard.
Step 9: Pink cheeks and nose
Colour the round nose pink. Add 2 pink cheeks below the eyes.
Step 10: Peach face
Colour the face peach, around the pink cheeks. Leave the eyes, moustache and beard white.
Step 11: Red hat and coat
Colour the hat and the coat red. Leave the band and pompom white, and Santa is done.
