How to Draw Roller Shoes
Draw roller shoes in 12 easy steps, about 9 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: leaning shoe.
Step 1: Leaning shoe
Draw a shoe leaning back a little: a round toe on the left, a tall ankle on the right.
Tip A roller shoe leans back on its heel wheel.
Step 2: Rounded sole
Under the shoe draw a long flat sole with a rounded toe end, sticking out a little past the heel.
Step 3: Two big eyes
Near the toe draw 2 big round eyes. Colour a black dot in each, leaving a white shine.
Step 4: Smile and cheeks
Under the eyes draw a small U smile, and a tiny flat oval cheek beside each eye.
Step 5: Heel wheel
Under the heel draw a wheel peeking out below the sole. Add a tiny circle in its middle.
Step 6: Tongue and laces
Draw a rounded tongue poking up at the ankle. Add 2 rows of 3 dots, joined by bars.
Step 7: Collar and stripe
From the tongue curve down to the heel for the collar. Add a stripe from it down to the sole.
Step 8: Motion lines
Behind the heel on the right draw 2 short lines to show the shoe rolling along.
Step 9: Ground and sparkles
Draw a ground line under the wheel from left to right. Add a sparkle on each side.
Step 10: Pink cheeks
Go over your lines, then colour the cheeks pink.
Step 11: White sole, grey wheel
Leave the sole white and colour the wheel grey.
Step 12: Purple shoe
Colour the shoe and tongue purple, around the pink cheeks. Leave the eyes white. Lean back and roll!
