How to Draw a Ring Toss
Draw a ring toss in 12 easy steps, about 9 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the board top.
Step 1: The board top
In the middle of your paper draw a wide flat shape, narrower at the back than the front.
Step 2: The thick front
Under the front edge draw a tall band all the way along, down to the ground.
Step 3: Two big eyes
In the middle of the front band draw 2 big egg eyes, one eye apart. Add a dot and shine.
Step 4: Smile and cheeks
Under the eyes draw a wide U smile. Add a small flat cheek beside each end of the smile.
Step 5: Three pegs
On the board top draw 3 pegs standing up: a tall one in the middle, a shorter one each side.
Step 6: Rings on pegs
Round the foot of each side peg draw a flat ring with a hole. Keep the peg in front.
Step 7: Middle ring
Round the foot of the middle peg draw one more flat ring with a hole, the peg in front.
Step 8: Ground line
Start a little in from the left edge. Draw a straight ground line across, stopping near the right edge.
Step 9: Sparkles
Draw a few little 4-point sparkles around it to make it shine.
Step 10: Sand and yellow
Colour the board top and the ring holes sand, and the sparkles yellow.
Step 11: Pink and brown
Colour the cheeks pink, then the front band and pegs wood brown, around the face. Leave the eyes white.
Step 12: Red rings
Colour the rings red, around the sand holes and the brown pegs.

Your finished drawing
Follow the steps above and this is where you end up: a ring toss, drawn by you.
