How to Draw Ravioli
Draw ravioli in 11 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the first ravioli.
Step 1: The first ravioli
On the left, draw a wide, flat frilly pillow. Start at a corner and bump round back to the start.
Tip Wider than tall, with 4 bumps along the top and bottom and 3 on each side.
Step 2: Two more ravioli
Draw 2 more in the middle and on the right, starting at a corner and bumping round back to it.
Tip Same size, with a small gap so they do not touch.
Step 3: The filling bumps
In the middle of each ravioli, draw a flat oval for the bump of filling inside.
Step 4: The plate rim
Draw an oval around the 3 ravioli for the rim of the plate, not touching them.
Step 5: A plate
Draw a bigger oval around the rim for the plate, then a long table line under it.
Tip Run the table line past the plate on both sides.
Step 6: Sauce dots
On the plate, draw 2 small sauce dots, one in front on the left, one behind on the right.
Step 7: A basil leaf
On the middle ravioli, draw a fat pointed leaf leaning up right, with a line down its middle.
Step 8: Steam
Just above the plate, draw 2 wiggly steam lines going up, each as tall as a ravioli.
Step 9: Cream ravioli
Go over your lines, then colour the 3 ravioli cream, leaving the bumps and the leaf white.
Step 10: Sky plate, tan bumps
Colour the plate sky blue around the ravioli, leaf and sauce, then the filling bumps tan.
Step 11: Green basil, red sauce
Colour the basil leaf green and the sauce dots red.
