How to Draw a Raspberry
Draw a raspberry in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the berry.
Step 1: The berry
Draw a big bumpy berry shape, round at the top and narrower down to a soft round bottom.
Tip Make the edge from little bumps, all about the same size, like a cloud.
Step 2: The leafy cap
Over the top of the berry, draw 5 pointy leaves in a star. Rub out the berry line under them.
Step 3: The stem
From the middle of the leaves, draw a short stem going up, thin at the tip and bending a little.
Step 4: Edge bumps
Just inside the bumpy edge, draw a ring of little circles, from under the leaves round to the other side.
Step 5: Middle bumps
Fill the middle of the berry with more little circles, all touching, like bubbles.
Step 6: A little one behind
Behind the lower right of the big berry, draw a smaller bumpy berry with a little star of leaves.
Step 7: Little bumps
Fill the little berry with smaller circles the same way, stopping at the big berry's edge.
Step 8: The ground
Draw a long straight ground line from left to right, just touching the bottom of both berries.
Step 9: Green caps and stem
Go over your lines, then colour both leafy caps and the stem green.
Step 10: Red raspberries
Colour both berries red, around the leaves. Leave a little white shine on a top left bump.
