How to Draw a Plane Ticket
Draw a plane ticket in 12 easy steps, about 9 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the ticket.
Step 1: The ticket
Draw a long rounded ticket. Near the right end, bite a small half circle out of the top and bottom.
Step 2: Tear line
From the top bite straight down to the bottom bite, draw a row of short dashes for the tear line.
Step 3: Two big eyes
On the big part draw 2 big egg eyes. Colour a black dot in each, leaving a white shine.
Step 4: Smile and cheeks
Draw a U smile from under the left eye to the right eye. Add a small cheek at each end.
Step 5: A little plane
On the left end draw a tiny plane flying right: a pointed pill body, 2 wings and a tail fin.
Tip Point the nose toward the face: it is flying to its seat!
Step 6: Writing lines
Under the plane and the face, draw 2 fat bars with round ends, a short one then a long one.
Step 7: Barcode
On the stub draw a row of standing lines nearly top to bottom. Make 2 of them fat and black.
Step 8: Sparkles
Draw 3 sparkles above the ticket.
Step 9: Table line
From each bottom corner, draw a table line out nearly to the edge of the paper.
Step 10: Cream stub, sky ticket
Colour the stub cream and the ticket sky blue, around the face, plane and barcode. Leave the eyes white.
Step 11: Pink cheeks
Colour the 2 little cheeks pink.
Step 12: Red wings
Colour the plane's wings and tail fin red. Go over your lines, and your ticket is ready for take-off!
