How to Draw a Pepper
Draw a pepper in 8 easy steps, about 6 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the middle bump.
Step 1: The middle bump
Draw a tall bump, taller than wide, with a shallow dip in the top and a round bottom.
Tip Tall and bowed, like a fat finger standing up.
Step 2: Side bumps
Start under each shoulder. Draw a fat C out and down to the ground, and stop at the middle bump.
Step 3: The stem
Start in the dip. Draw a short thick stem curving up to the right, with a flat end.
Step 4: The cap
Start on the dip left of the stem. Draw 3 soft points, and stop on the dip on the right.
Step 5: A shine
Inside the upper left of the middle bump draw a long thin oval sliver for a shine, following the edge.
Step 6: The ground
Draw a ground line under the pepper, starting past its left side and stopping past its right side.
Step 7: Green stem and cap
Go over your lines, then colour the stem and the cap green.
Step 8: Red pepper
Colour the pepper red around the green cap, leaving the shine white, and your pepper is done!
