How to Draw a Peace Symbol
Draw a peace symbol in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the circle.
Step 1: The circle
In the middle of your paper draw 1 big round circle, nearly as big as the page.
Tip Leave a little room at the bottom for the floor and 2 daisies.
Step 2: Line down the middle
Draw a straight line down the middle of the circle, from the very top down to the very bottom.
Step 3: Two slanted lines
From the middle of the line draw a slanted line down to the circle's lower left, and another lower right.
Tip That is the peace symbol: a circle with an upside-down Y inside.
Step 4: Left daisy
At the circle's bottom left draw a small daisy: a round middle with 6 oval petals and a short stem.
Step 5: Right daisy
Draw a matching daisy at the bottom-right.
Step 6: Sparkles
Draw a sparkle star each side above the circle, and a smaller one each side level with the middle.
Step 7: Floor and shadow
Draw a floor line under the circle from the left daisy to the right daisy, and a flat oval shadow.
Step 8: Yellow parts
Colour the bottom-left part, the daisy middles and the 4 sparkles yellow. Leave the petals white.
Step 9: Pink and sky
Colour the top-left part of the circle pink and the top-right part sky blue.
Step 10: Green and grey
Colour the bottom-right part leaf green and the flat shadow grey. Go over your lines. Done!
