How to Draw a Dream Poster
Draw a dream poster in 12 easy steps, about 9 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the poster.
Step 1: The poster
Draw a tall rectangle nearly as big as your page. Put a small round pin in each corner.
Tip Leave the middle for a cloud, a big word and stars.
Step 2: A cloud
Near the top of the poster, draw a puffy cloud. Give it 3 round bumps on top and a wavy bottom.
Step 3: Two big eyes
On the cloud draw 2 round eyes close together. Colour a black dot in each and leave a white shine.
Step 4: Smile and cheeks
Under the eyes draw a small U smile. Add a tiny oval cheek beside each end.
Step 5: D and R
Across the middle of the poster, start on the left. Write a fat bubble D, then a fat R.
Step 6: E and A
Next draw a fat E and a fat A. Each one is a closed rounded shape.
Step 7: The M
Finish the word DREAM with a wide fat M.
Step 8: A moon
In the bottom left of the poster, draw a crescent moon. It is pointy at both tips.
Step 9: Sparkles
Draw 4 sparkle stars on the poster. Put one in each top corner and 2 near the bottom.
Step 10: Yellow moon, pink cheeks
Go over your lines. Colour the moon and sparkles yellow and the cheeks pink.
Step 11: Sky poster, white cloud
Colour the poster sky blue, around the cloud, letters, moon and sparkles. Leave the cloud and eyes white.
Step 12: Purple DREAM
Colour the letters of DREAM purple. Your DREAM poster is done!
