How to Draw a Centaur Kid
Draw a centaur kid in 13 easy steps, about 10 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the head.
Step 1: The head
Near the top of your paper, in the middle, draw an egg head, a little narrower at the chin.
Tip Leave the right side of the page free for the pony body.
Step 2: The face
Draw 2 small eyes with black dots below the middle of the head. Add a tiny nose, smile and eyebrows.
Step 3: Soft hair
Start by the left eyebrow. Draw soft tufts over the head, down to the right eyebrow. Add a curved hairline.
Step 4: Neck and T-shirt
Under the chin, draw a short neck. From it, draw a T-shirt down to a curved hem, right sleeve up.
Step 5: Two arms
Draw an arm from each sleeve: the right bends up beside the head, the left hangs down to the wrist.
Step 6: Hands
Draw an open mitten hand on the raised arm, thumb toward the head, and a round hand on the other.
Step 7: The pony body
From the T-shirt, draw a long pony body stretching to the right, round a big bottom, back to the shirt.
Step 8: Four legs
Under each end of the body, draw a leg getting thinner going down, with a far leg peeking behind.
Step 9: Hooves, tail and ground
Draw a small hoof under each leg. From the rump, draw a long tail curving down. Add a ground line.
Step 10: Peach skin, pink cheeks
Colour a pink cheek under each eye. Colour the face, neck, arms and hands peach, around the cheeks.
Tip Leave the eyes white.
Step 11: Ginger hair and tail
Colour the hair and the tail ginger.
Step 12: Red T-shirt
Colour the T-shirt red.
Step 13: Brown pony, slate hooves
Colour the pony body and legs brown, and the hooves slate grey. Go over your lines and you're done.
