How to Draw a Paramedic
Draw a paramedic in 12 easy steps, about 9 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the head.
Step 1: The head
Near the top of your paper, in the middle, draw an egg head, a little narrower at the chin.
Tip Leave most of the page below for the body and legs.
Step 2: The face
Draw 2 small eyes, a U nose, a smile and eyebrows. Add C ears, starting and stopping on the head.
Step 3: Short hair
Start at the left eyebrow. Draw round tufts over the top of the head, down to the right eyebrow.
Step 4: Neck and shirt
Draw 2 neck lines under the chin. From the left one draw a shirt, back up to the right one.
Step 5: Stripe and badge
Across the shirt draw 2 close stripe lines from side to side. Add a small cross badge on the chest.
Step 6: Long sleeves
From each sleeve draw 2 lines down to the wrist, bending a little at the elbow. Add a cuff curve.
Step 7: Mitten hands
At the bottom of each arm draw a round mitten, with a little thumb bump pointing in toward the body.
Step 8: Medical bag
Draw a bag under the left hand. Curve a handle from its top, back to the top. Add a cross.
Tip The handle goes up behind the hand, so the hand holds it.
Step 9: Trousers, shoes, ground
Start at the hem's left end. Draw 2 trouser legs, back up to the right end. Add shoes and ground.
Step 10: Peach skin, pink cheeks
Colour the face, ears, neck and hands peach, with pink cheeks. Keep the eyes white. Go over your lines!
Step 11: Red bag, brown hair
Colour the bag red, leaving both crosses white. Colour the hair and shoes brown.
Step 12: Navy uniform, yellow stripe
Colour the shirt, sleeves and trousers navy, and the stripe between the 2 lines yellow.
