How to Draw a Pacifier
Draw a pacifier in 11 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the shield.
Step 1: The shield
In the middle of your paper draw a wide shield with big round ends, a little narrower in the middle.
Tip Make it about twice as wide as it is tall.
Step 2: The ring
Above the middle of the shield draw a circle. Draw a smaller circle inside it.
Tip Leave a little gap between the ring and the shield.
Step 3: Two big eyes
Draw 2 big egg eyes on the shield. Add a black dot and a shine in each.
Step 4: Smile and cheeks
Under the eyes draw a wide U smile. Add a small flat cheek beside each end.
Step 5: The knob
Between the ring and the shield draw a short wide block joining them, from the ring down to the shield.
Step 6: The teat
Under the shield draw a narrow neck with a round bulb hanging down, like a small pear.
Step 7: The shine
Inside the round left end of the shield, draw a thin curved strip along the edge for the shine.
Step 8: Sparkles
Draw 3 little sparkle stars around the pacifier, not touching it.
Step 9: Yellow ring and knob
Go over your lines, then colour the ring and the knob yellow. Leave the hole white.
Step 10: Peach teat, pink cheeks
Colour the teat peach and the cheeks pink.
Step 11: Sky blue shield
Colour the shield sky blue around the pink cheeks. Leave the eyes and the shine white. Your pacifier is ready!
