How to Draw a Number 2
Draw a number 2 in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the big 2.
Step 1: The big 2
Draw a big fat bubble 2 in the middle: a curl on top, a swoop down left, a flat bar.
Tip Bubble numbers are fat and rounded, like balloons.
Step 2: 2 big eyes
On the top curl draw 2 round eyes close together. Colour a big black dot in each.
Step 3: A smile
Under the eyes draw a small U smile, from under the left eye to under the right eye.
Step 4: Sparkles on the left
On the left of the 2 draw 2 sparkle stars, one higher and one lower.
Step 5: Sparkles on the right
Draw 2 more sparkle stars on the right to match.
Step 6: The floor
Draw a floor line under the 2 from left to right.
Step 7: A shadow
Draw a flat oval shadow on the floor under the 2. Rub out the floor line inside it.
Step 8: Yellow sparkles
Go over your lines, then colour the 4 sparkles yellow.
Step 9: Grey shadow
Colour the flat oval shadow under the 2 grey.
Step 10: Red number 2
Colour the whole 2 red, around the face, leaving the eyes white. Your bubble number 2 is done!
