How to Draw a Fire Monster
Draw a fire monster in 11 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: flame body.
Step 1: Flame body
In the middle, draw 1 big flame: round at the bottom, with 3 curly flicks on top.
Tip The middle flick is the tallest and bends over at the top.
Step 2: Two big eyes
Below the middle of the flame, draw 2 big round eyes. Colour big black dots, leaving white shines.
Step 3: Happy grin
Under the eyes, draw a wide open mouth: a U smile with a deeper curve below. Add 2 little round teeth.
Step 4: Happy brows
Over each eye, draw a short curved eyebrow, a little gap above the eye.
Step 5: Flame tummy
Under the mouth, draw a little flame inside the big one, with a zigzag point on top.
Step 6: Arms held out
From each side of the flame, draw 2 lines out and down that come closer together. Stop a finger away.
Step 7: Mitten hands
Start on the top arm line, draw a round mitten with a thumb bump, and stop on the bottom line.
Step 8: Plump feet
Under the flame, draw 2 plump feet pointing out, each with 3 round toe bumps on top.
Step 9: Sparks and ground
Draw a ground line under the feet. Around the flame top, draw 3 tiny sparks and 2 curved heat wisps.
Step 10: Yellow and orange
Go over your lines. Colour the tummy yellow and the rest orange around it. Leave the eyes and teeth white.
Step 11: Red sparks
Colour the sparks red, and your fire monster is blazing.
