How to Draw Nachos
Draw nachos in 12 easy steps, about 9 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: a plate.
Step 1: A plate
Below the middle of your paper draw a big flat oval plate, nearly as wide as the page.
Step 2: The rim
Draw a second oval a finger inside the plate, all the way round, for the rim.
Step 3: Two chips in front
On the plate draw 2 big triangle chips leaning apart, the left one tucked behind the right one.
Tip Tortilla chips are triangles with soft corners, about as wide as they are tall.
Step 4: A chip behind
Between them draw a chip pointing straight up behind both, starting and stopping where it meets the front chips.
Step 5: Two more behind
Draw a chip leaning out at the far left and another at the far right, tucked behind the others.
Step 6: Melted cheese
Over the middle of the pile draw a soft cheese blob with 2 round drips, covering where chips meet.
Step 7: Jalapeno rings
On the cheese draw 3 little rings in a slanting row, the middle one a bit bigger.
Step 8: Tomato bits
Draw 2 tiny tilted squares on the cheese, one up right and one low left, for tomato.
Step 9: Yellow cheese
Go over your lines, then colour the cheese yellow, including the holes of the rings.
Step 10: Sky plate
Colour the plate sky blue, all the way round the pile of chips.
Step 11: Tan chips
Colour all the chips tan, around the yellow cheese.
Step 12: Green rings, red tomato
Colour the jalapeno rings green, leaving their holes yellow, and the tomato bits red.

Your finished drawing
Follow the steps above and this is where you end up: nachos, drawn by you.
