How to Draw Mrs. Claus
Draw Mrs. Claus in 13 easy steps, about 10 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the head.
Step 1: The head
Near the top of your paper draw an egg for the head, a little narrower at the chin.
Tip Leave most of the page below for the dress and legs.
Step 2: The face
Below the middle of the head draw 2 big round eyes with black dots. Add a tiny nose and smile.
Step 3: Round glasses
Join the eyes with a little bridge. Add a short arm from each eye to the side of the head.
Step 4: Hair and cap
Draw hair round the top of the head with a fringe. Add a puffy cap with a bumpy fur band.
Step 5: Neck and dress
Start under the chin with 2 neck lines. Draw a round-shouldered dress flaring down to the hem. Add a collar.
Step 6: Long sleeves
From each shoulder draw a long sleeve down to the wrist, with a gentle elbow bend. Add a fluffy cuff.
Tip Rub out the dress lines inside the sleeves.
Step 7: Mitten hands
Under each cuff draw a mitten like the bottom of an egg, with a little thumb bump pointing in.
Step 8: Belt and apron
Draw a flat belt across the waist. Under it draw an apron that widens down to just above the hem.
Step 9: Fur hem
Draw a curve a little above the hem, from side to side, for a fluffy fur band.
Step 10: Legs and shoes
Under the hem draw 2 legs, thinner at the ankles. Add round shoes pointing out and a ground line.
Step 11: Peach skin, pink cheeks
Colour the face, neck, hands and legs peach with pink cheeks. Leave the eyes white.
Step 12: Grey hair, red dress
Colour the hair grey, and the dress, sleeves and cap red. Leave the collar, cuffs, fur bands and apron white.
Step 13: Black belt and shoes
Colour the belt and shoes black. Go over your lines and Mrs Claus is done.
