How to Draw a Mixer
Draw a mixer in 12 easy steps, about 9 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the head.
Step 1: The head
Above the middle draw the mixer's head: a long fat arm with soft corners, like a big loaf lying down.
Tip Leave room under its left end for the bowl.
Step 2: Two big eyes
On the left half of the head draw 2 big round eyes. Colour a big black dot in each.
Step 3: Smile and cheeks
Under the eyes draw a U smile, eye to eye, and a little oval cheek beside each end.
Step 4: The column
Under the right end of the head draw a tall box straight down, nearly to the bottom of your paper.
Step 5: The base
Under the column draw a long flat plate with soft corners, from under the head's left end past the column.
Step 6: The bowl
On the left of the base draw a bowl: a flat rim box with a big U hanging under it.
Step 7: The beater
From under the head draw a stem and a rounded beater with a middle line, dipping into the bowl.
Step 8: Dial and vents
On the column draw a round dial with a little tick at the top, and 2 short lines under it.
Step 9: The counter
Draw a counter line from the left edge to the right edge, along the bottom of the base.
Step 10: Cream dial, pink cheeks
Go over your lines, then colour the dial cream and the cheeks pink.
Step 11: Grey bowl and beater
Colour the bowl, the rim and the beater grey.
Step 12: Red mixer
Colour the head, column and base red, around the cheeks and dial, leaving the eyes white. Your mixer is ready!
