How to Draw a Toy Garage
Draw a toy garage in 13 easy steps, about 10 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the lower level.
Step 1: The lower level
A little below the middle of your paper draw a box, wider than it is tall, sitting on the ground.
Step 2: The face
On the right half of the front, draw 2 big egg eyes and a wide U smile.
Step 3: The bay opening
On the left of the front, draw a tall doorway from near the top down to the ground: the bay.
Step 4: A car inside
Inside the bay, draw a little car on the ground with a flat bottom, a round roof and 2 wheels.
Step 5: The top deck
On top of the box, draw a long flat slab for the top deck, poking out on the left.
Step 6: The ramp
From the deck's right end, draw a long slant down to the ground, and join it back to the box.
Step 7: Car on the deck
On the top deck draw another little car, its wheels sitting on the deck.
Step 8: Car on the ramp
On the ramp draw a third little car tilted to match the slope, its wheels touching the ramp, driving down.
Step 9: Ground line
Draw a straight ground line under the garage, nearly from edge to edge.
Step 10: Sparkles
Draw a few little 4-point sparkles around it to make it shine.
Step 11: Yellow deck and ramp
Go over your lines, then colour the deck and the ramp yellow.
Step 12: Red cars, pink cheeks
Colour the 3 cars red with black wheels, and a pink cheek under each eye.
Step 13: Blue garage
Colour the box blue around the face and the bay slate grey around the car. Leave the eyes white.
