How to Draw a Milk Bottle

10 steps · Medium · about 8 min

Draw a milk bottle in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.

Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the bottle.

Print

  1. Step 1: The bottle

Near the top draw a short neck, curve out for the shoulders, straight down the sides and across the bottom.

Tip The neck is wide: a milk bottle has a big mouth.

  2. Step 2: The foil cap

On top of the neck draw a flat cap a little wider than the neck.

  3. Step 3: Two big eyes

Below the shoulders draw 2 big egg eyes an eye apart. Colour a black dot in each, leaving a shine.

  4. Step 4: Smile and cheeks

Draw a U smile from under the left eye to the right eye. Add a small cheek beside each end.

  5. Step 5: The milk line

Just under the shoulders, start on the left side and draw a gentle wavy line across to the right side.

  6. Step 6: A shine

Down the left side draw a short curved shine, from under the milk line to the bottom of the eyes.

  7. Step 7: The table

Draw a table line along the bottom of the bottle, starting well left of it and stopping well right.

  8. Step 8: White milk

Go over your lines, then colour the bottle white below the wavy milk line, leaving the eyes white.

  9. Step 9: Sky glass, red cap

Colour the empty glass above the milk line sky blue, and the cap red.

  10. Step 10: Pink cheeks

Colour the cheeks pink, and your milk bottle is done!
