How to Draw Marbles
Draw marbles in 12 easy steps, about 9 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the big marble.
Step 1: The big marble
A little left of the middle, draw one big round circle, with room under it for the ground.
Step 2: Happy face
Just above the middle of the big marble, draw 2 big round eyes. Add a wide U smile and cheeks.
Step 3: The swirl
Under the smile, draw a fat wavy S lying on its side, pointy at both ends, nearly edge to edge.
Step 4: A middle marble
To the right, sitting on the same ground, draw a smaller circle. Add a wavy S swirl across the middle.
Step 5: A little marble
On the left, touching the big marble, draw a small circle on the same ground with a tiny S swirl.
Step 6: Shines
Near the top left of the 2 bigger marbles, draw a short curved shine line that follows the edge.
Step 7: Ground line
Start left of the little marble. Draw a straight ground line under all 3 marbles, stopping past the middle one.
Step 8: Sparkles
Draw 3 sparkle stars around the marbles: 4 dots like a plus sign joined with curves that dip in.
Step 9: Yellow stars, pink cheeks
Colour the sparkle stars yellow and the cheeks pink.
Step 10: Light blue glass
Colour the 3 marbles light blue around the cheeks. Leave the eyes and the swirls white.
Step 11: Blue and red swirls
Colour the big marble's swirl blue and the middle marble's swirl red.
Step 12: Green swirl
Colour the little marble's swirl green. Go over your lines and your marbles are done!
