How to Draw a Lotion
Draw a lotion in 11 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the bottle.
Step 1: The bottle
Low on your paper draw a wide bottle with round shoulders, a flat top and a flat bottom.
Tip Make it a little taller than it is wide.
Step 2: The neck
On the middle of the flat top draw a short box for the neck.
Step 3: Pump stem
On top of the neck draw a thin tall box for the stem of the pump.
Step 4: Pump head
On the stem draw a flat pump head. Bend its right end down to make the spout.
Tip You press the flat top and the lotion comes out of the spout.
Step 5: The label
Across the bottle, under the shoulders, draw a long box with a gap at each side.
Step 6: Write LOTION
Inside the label write LOTION in capital letters.
Tip Make all 6 letters the same height.
Step 7: A big drop
Under the label draw a fat drop with its point at the top.
Step 8: Table and shadow
Draw a table line under the bottle, from left to right. Add a flat curve under it.
Step 9: Blue drop, grey shadow
Go over your lines. Colour the drop sky blue and the shadow grey.
Step 10: Pink bottle
Colour the bottle pink, around the label and the drop. Leave the label white.
Step 11: Teal pump
Colour the neck, the stem and the pump head teal. Your lotion is ready!

Your finished drawing
Follow the steps above and this is where you end up: a lotion, drawn by you.
