How to Draw a Lollipop
Draw a lollipop in 10 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the round candy.
Step 1: The round candy
Above the middle of your paper draw a big round, as big as your fist.
Tip Leave room under it for the stick.
Step 2: The stick
From the bottom of the round draw 2 close lines straight down to near the bottom. Add a round end.
Step 3: The swirl
Start in the middle. Draw a swirl going round and round, wider each time, and stop on the edge.
Tip Keep the gaps even, like a snail shell.
Step 4: Second swirl
From the same middle spot, go the other way. Draw a second swirl between the lines, stopping on the edge.
Step 5: A bow
Just under the candy draw a small knot on the stick, with a teardrop loop each side.
Step 6: Bow tails
From under the knot draw 2 short pointed ribbon tails hanging down, one each side of the stick.
Step 7: The ground
Draw a short ground line under the stick, a little left to a little right.
Step 8: Pink candy
Go over your lines. Colour every other stripe pink, leaving a little white shine at the top left.
Step 9: Red swirl
Colour the stripes you left red, from the middle out to the edge.
Step 10: Cream stick, yellow bow
Colour the stick cream and the bow and its tails yellow.

Your finished drawing
