How to Draw a Lip Gloss

13 steps · Medium · about 10 min

Draw a lip gloss in 13 easy steps, about 10 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.

Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the tube.

Print

  1. Step 1: The tube

On the left draw a tall thin box standing up, nearly 3 times as tall as wide, with round corners.

Tip Leave room above it and on the right.

  2. Step 2: Two big eyes

In the middle of the tube draw 2 big egg eyes side by side. Add a black dot in each.

  3. Step 3: Smile and cheeks

Under the eyes draw a U smile, and a small flat cheek at each end.

  4. Step 4: The neck

On top of the tube draw a short, narrower box. Draw 2 lines across it for the screw top.

  5. Step 5: The cap

Right of the tube draw a tall box leaning towards it, on one corner. Add a line near its top.

Tip The cap is the handle of the wand, so it is nearly as wide as the tube.

  6. Step 6: The wand

From the middle of the cap's top draw a thin stick, 2 lines close together, up towards the tube.

  7. Step 7: The soft tip

On the end of the stick draw a long slanted oval that just touches the tube.

Tip This soft tip paints the gloss on your lips.

  8. Step 8: Shine

Near the top left of the tube draw a long thin oval for a shine.

  9. Step 9: Sparkles

Draw 3 little sparkles in the air around the lip gloss.

  10. Step 10: Table line

Draw a long straight table line under the tube and the cap, reaching out on both sides.

  11. Step 11: Gold cap

Go over your lines. Colour the cap and the 3 sparkles yellow.

  12. Step 12: Pink gloss

Colour the tube and the soft tip pink, around the eyes and cheeks. Leave the eyes and the shine white.

  13. Step 13: Red cheeks, grey wand

Colour the cheeks red. Colour the neck and the thin stick grey.
