How to Draw a Juggler
Draw a juggler in 11 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the head.
Step 1: The head
Near the top of your paper draw an egg head, a little narrower at the chin.
Tip Leave room above and beside the head for the flying balls.
Step 2: The face
Draw 2 small oval eyes below the middle. Add a tiny U nose, a big open smile and eyebrows.
Step 3: Soft hair cap
From the left eyebrow draw soft tufts over the head, down to the right one. Add a curved hairline.
Step 4: Shirt and bow tie
From the chin draw 2 neck lines down to a boxy shirt. Add 2 stripes and a bow tie.
Step 5: Both arms bent
From each sleeve draw an arm down to the elbow, then out and up, stopping at the wrist.
Tip Bend the forearms out to the sides, so the shirt stays clear.
Step 6: Two mitten hands
Start at the top of each wrist. Draw a palm-up mitten with a thumb bump, stopping at the wrist's bottom.
Step 7: Juggling balls
Draw 5 balls in a rainbow arch: one above each hand, one each side of the head, one on top.
Step 8: Trousers, shoes and ground
Start at the shirt's bottom left. Draw 2 long trouser legs with a point between. Stop at the bottom right.
Tip Under each leg draw a shoe pointing out, then a ground line under them.
Step 9: Peach skin, pink cheeks
Colour the face, neck, arms and hands peach, with pink cheeks. Leave the eyes white.
Step 10: Red stripes, bright balls
Colour the 2 stripes and bow tie red, leaving the shirt white. Colour the balls yellow and red, taking turns.
Step 11: Navy trousers, brown hair
Colour the trousers navy, and the hair and the shoes brown. Go over your lines.
