How to Draw an Ice Queen
Draw an ice queen in 13 easy steps, about 10 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: egg head.
Step 1: Egg head
Near the top, in the middle, draw an egg head, a little narrower at the chin.
Tip Leave most of the page below for the long gown.
Step 2: The face
Across the middle, draw 2 round eyes with shines and eyebrows. Add a tiny nose and a smile.
Step 3: Hair and tiara
Draw hair with a curved fringe, down to the chin on each side. Add a pointy tiara with a jewel.
Step 4: Neck and long gown
Draw 2 neck lines. From them, draw shoulders, sleeves and a long gown down to a straight hem.
Step 5: Cape wings
Start under each sleeve. Draw a cape wing out and down to a wavy edge, stopping at the hem.
Step 6: Long braid
From under the hair on the left, draw a braid to the waist. Add 3 slanted lines across it.
Step 7: Arms
From each sleeve, draw 2 lines down to the wrist, a little closer together at the bottom.
Step 8: Mitten hands
At the bottom of each arm, draw a mitten with a little thumb pointing in toward the body.
Step 9: Snowflake
On the front of the gown, draw a little snowflake: 3 short lines crossing, with tiny Vs on the ends.
Step 10: Shoes and ground
Under the hem, draw 2 shoes peeking out, toes pointing out. Draw a long ground line under them.
Step 11: Pale hair, icy cape
Colour the hair, the braid and the cape wings pale cream.
Step 12: Peach skin, pink cheeks
Colour the face, neck and hands peach, with a pink circle on each cheek. Leave the eyes white.
Step 13: Blue gown, silver tiara
Colour the gown and sleeves sky blue around the braid, and the tiara and shoes silver grey.
