How to Draw a Hamster Face
Draw a hamster face in 9 easy steps, about 7 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: big bun head.
Step 1: Big bun head
Draw a big bun head filling the page: narrow on top, with 2 fat cheek pouches at the bottom.
Tip The pouches are the widest part, with a gently rounded chin between them.
Step 2: Tiny round ears
On top of the head, draw a tiny round ear a third in from each side, with an oval inside.
Step 3: Eyes and eyebrows
On the middle of the head, draw 2 big round eyes one eye apart, with dots, shines and short eyebrows.
Step 4: Muzzle and nose
Draw a heart muzzle under the eyes. From its dip, add a nose and a line down to its middle.
Tip The nose is a small rounded triangle, as wide as an eye.
Step 5: Smile and buck teeth
From the bottom of the line, draw a little smile up each side. Hang 2 buck teeth from its middle.
Step 6: Whiskers
From each side of the muzzle, draw 3 thin whiskers across the cheek pouch: one up, one straight, one down.
Tip Stop each whisker well before the edge of the head.
Step 7: Rosy cheeks
Draw a little oval blush on each cheek and colour it pink.
Step 8: Pink ears and nose
Colour the inside of each ear and the nose pink.
Step 9: Ginger fur, cream muzzle
Colour the muzzle cream and the head and ears ginger, around the pink. Leave eyes and teeth white.
