How to Draw Glue
Draw glue in 12 easy steps, about 9 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the bottle.
Step 1: The bottle
In the middle of your paper draw a tall rectangle with rounded corners, taller than it is wide.
Step 2: Shoulders and cap
Draw shoulders from each top corner sloping up to a narrow top. Add a cap. Rub out the top line.
Step 3: 2 big eyes
On the bottle, below the middle, draw 2 big egg eyes one eye apart. Colour a black dot in each.
Step 4: Smile and cheeks
Under the eyes draw a wide U smile from eye to eye. Add a small oval cheek at each end.
Step 5: Nozzle and drip
From the cap's top left draw a nozzle up, across and down, stop on the cap. Add a side drip.
Step 6: The label
Draw 2 label lines across the bottle, one above the eyes and one below the smile, edge to edge.
Step 7: A little heart
Under the label draw a tiny heart: start at the dip, round the 2 bumps, down to the point.
Step 8: Table and shadow
Draw a flat oval shadow round the bottle's base, and a table line out from each side of it.
Step 9: Sparkles
Draw 3 sparkle stars around the bottle.
Step 10: Yellow sparkles, sky label
Go over your lines. Colour the sparkles yellow, and the label sky blue around the eyes and cheeks.
Step 11: Pink cheeks, grey shadow
Colour the cheeks pink and the shadow grey. Leave the bottle, the drip and the eyes white.
Step 12: Orange cap, red heart
Colour the cap and nozzle orange, and the heart red. Your glue bottle is done!
