How to Draw a French Bulldog Face
Draw a French bulldog face in 11 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: wide head.
Step 1: Wide head
Draw a wide head like a soft square: a flat top, round heavy cheeks and a round chin.
Tip Leave lots of room above it for the ears.
Step 2: Bat ears
On each top corner of the head draw a big tall ear with a round tip, like a bat's.
Tip The ears are nearly as tall as the head. Leave a gap between them.
Step 3: Round eyes
Halfway down the head draw 2 big round eyes, far apart. Add a black dot and a shine in each.
Tip Leave the eyes white.
Step 4: Flat muzzle
Low on the face, between the eyes, draw a wide flat muzzle with 2 round sides.
Tip It is much wider than tall, with a small dip on top.
Step 5: Small black nose
In the dip on top of the muzzle draw a small nose, wide and flat. Colour it black.
Step 6: Smile and chin
From the nose draw a short line down, then a smile each way. Add a small U chin below.
Step 7: Nose wrinkles
Start on the muzzle. Draw a rainbow over the nose to the other side. Add a short one above.
Tip Keep them away from the eyes.
Step 8: Inside the ears
Inside each ear draw a smaller ear shape, down to the head line.
Tip Keep an even rim all the way round.
Step 9: Pink ears
Colour the insides of the ears pink.
Step 10: Tan fur
Colour the head and the ear edges tan, around the muzzle. Leave the eyes white.
Step 11: Brown muzzle
Colour the muzzle brown, around the black nose. Your French bulldog face is done!
