How to Draw a Fox Face
Draw a fox face in 9 easy steps, about 7 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: big head.
Step 1: Big head
Draw a dome from top left to top right, 2 soft round tufts each side, then in to a pointy chin.
Tip The head fills the page: wide at the ears, narrow at the chin.
Step 2: Tall ears
Draw 2 tall triangle ears leaning out from the top corners. Curve a line across each tip, side to side.
Tip Add a smaller tent line inside each ear, standing on the head.
Step 3: Big eyes
In the middle of the head, draw 2 big round eyes, 1 eye apart, with black dots and a shine.
Tip Big eyes make the fox look friendly.
Step 4: Snout and nose
Draw a long teardrop snout from the eyes past the chin. Add a black nose and w smile from it.
Tip The snout is long and pointy: that makes it a fox.
Step 5: Whiskers
Start on each side of the snout, under the eyes. Draw 2 short whiskers fanning out onto the cheek.
Step 6: Eyebrows
Draw a short eyebrow over each eye, from its inside, ending over its outside.
Step 7: Pink cheeks
Colour a small pink oval on each cheek, under the outside of each eye.
Step 8: Orange fur
Colour the head and ears orange around the cheeks, up to the tip lines. Leave the snout and eyes white.
Step 9: Black ear tips
Colour the tip of each ear black, above the line.
