How to Draw a Fondue Pot
Draw a fondue pot in 13 easy steps, about 10 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the rim.
Step 1: The rim
Above the middle draw a wide flat oval, about a hand wide. This is the top of the pot.
Step 2: The pot
Start at the oval's left end. Draw the pot bulging out, round the bottom and up to the right end.
Tip Fondue is melted cheese you dip bread cubes into on long forks.
Step 3: Melted cheese
Draw an oval inside the rim. Start on its left, draw a fat drip down and stop back on it.
Step 4: The handle
Start on the right side of the pot. Draw a stubby handle sticking out, and stop back on the pot.
Step 5: The stand
Start under each side of the pot, draw a leg leaning in a little. Join their feet with an oval.
Step 6: The burner
On the middle of the base draw a tiny cup. From it draw a pointy flame up to the pot.
Step 7: Two forks
Draw 2 long thin forks in the cheese, leaning out like a V, each with a fat handle on top.
Step 8: Bread cubes
Where each fork meets the cheese, draw a small tilted cube of bread.
Step 9: Steam
Start a little above the cheese and draw 2 wiggly steam lines going straight up.
Step 10: The table
Draw a line under the stand from well left to well right.
Step 11: Yellow cheese
Go over your lines, then colour the cheese and the drip yellow.
Step 12: Tan bread, orange flame
Colour the bread cubes tan and the flame orange.
Step 13: Red pot, grey stand
Colour the pot and all the handles red around the cheese, and the stand, burner and forks grey.
