How to Draw a Flower Shop
Draw a flower shop in 12 easy steps, about 9 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: shop front.
Step 1: Shop front
Start low on the left. Draw a wide box and stop where you began. Add a flat ledge on top.
Step 2: Flower sign
On top of the ledge, draw a flat sign board. Inside it, draw a flower with 5 round petals.
Tip A flower on the sign tells everyone it is a flower shop.
Step 3: The awning
Under the ledge, draw an awning with 4 bumps. Start and stop on the wall. Add 3 lines down it.
Step 4: Big window
Under the awning, on the left, draw a big square window with a shelf across its middle.
Step 5: Pots on the shelf
On the shelf, draw 3 little pots with flowers. Make the middle one a tulip on a stem.
Step 6: Pot on the floor
On the floor of the window, draw 1 more little pot with a round flower on top.
Step 7: The door
On the right, draw a tall door with a small square window near the top.
Step 8: Ground and bucket
Draw a long ground line from edge to edge. On the left, draw a bucket with 2 flowers poking out.
Step 9: Cream walls, yellow middles
Go over your lines. Colour the walls cream around the awning, window and door, and the flower middles yellow.
Step 10: Sky windows, pink flowers
Colour the windows sky blue around the pots and flowers. Colour the round flowers pink around their middles.
Step 11: Orange pots, green awning
Colour the pots and bucket orange. Colour the awning and the tulip's stem leaf green.
Step 12: Brown door, red tulip
Colour the door, ledge and sign wood brown, around the door window and sign flower. Colour the tulip red.
