How to Draw a Fire Station
Draw a fire station in 11 easy steps, about 8 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: the station front.
Step 1: The station front
In the middle of your paper draw a big wide box for the station, wider than it is tall.
Step 2: The roof ledge
On top of the box draw a long thin flat box that sticks out a little past each side.
Step 3: First garage door
On the left half draw a big tall garage door on the bottom line. Add 3 lines and 2 windows.
Step 4: Second garage door
On the right half draw a second garage door just the same, leaving a strip of wall between them.
Step 5: The sign board
Between the roof ledge and the doors draw a long thin box across the wall for the sign.
Step 6: The station name
Write FIRE in big capital letters across the sign board.
Step 7: Tower and bell
In the middle on top, draw a tower with a pointy roof. Add an arched window with a hanging bell.
Tip Old fire stations rang the bell when there was a fire!
Step 8: The ground
Start at each bottom corner and draw a ground line out toward the paper edge. Add a little grass tuft.
Step 9: Yellow sign, blue windows
Colour the sign and bell yellow, going around the letters. Colour the windows sky blue, around the bell.
Step 10: Grey doors, red walls
Colour the garage doors light grey. Colour the walls and tower red, going around the sign, doors and windows.
Step 11: Dark grey roofs
Colour the roof ledge and the tower roof dark grey. Go over your lines. Done!

Your finished drawing
Follow the steps above and this is where you end up: a fire station, drawn by you.
