How to Draw a Falafel Wrap
Draw a falafel wrap in 13 easy steps, about 10 minutes. Free, with a printable worksheet.
Each picture adds one red line. Draw that line, then scroll to the next picture. Rub out any dashed helper lines at the end. First up: a plate.
Step 1: A plate
Below the middle draw a long flat oval plate, nearly as wide as the page. Add a second oval inside.
Step 2: The wrap
Start left on the plate. Draw a curved line right, a line down, and curve back, stopping under the start.
Tip A falafel wrap is crispy chickpea balls, salad and sauce rolled in flatbread.
Step 3: The paper sleeve
From the wrap's left end draw a C, and join its ends. Add a slanted fold, top to bottom.
Step 4: The open end
Over the right end draw a tall oval as tall as the wrap's end. This is the cut face.
Step 5: Falafel balls
In the left of the cut face draw 2 bumpy balls, a small one high and a bigger one low.
Step 6: Lettuce
From the top of the cut face draw a ruffle of 5 bumps round the right side, for lettuce.
Step 7: Sauce
Right of the balls, between them, draw a small soft blob of sauce with a little peak.
Step 8: A dip
Right of the wrap draw a flat oval. From its left end draw a U round to its right end.
Step 9: The table
Draw a line under the plate from well left to well right.
Step 10: Cream inside
Colour the cut face and dip cup cream, around the balls and sauce. Leave the sauce and paper white.
Step 11: Tan wrap
Colour the wrap tan, right up to the paper and the cut face.
Step 12: Sky plate
Colour the plate sky blue around the wrap, the lettuce and the dip cup.
Step 13: Green lettuce, brown balls
Go over your lines, then colour the lettuce green and the falafel balls brown. Your wrap is ready!
